COLD KNOCKING DURING WARM UP

I own a 1993 CBR1000F with 72,000 miles and just recently started knocking only when cold, during warm up. Anyone have the same issues? Suggestions? What could be the problem? She runs great and strong.

Hmmmm - I hate to say this, but at that mileage - bearings ?
Unless you mean a fuel-related "knock" which could be mixtures.....?

Is the knocking loudest around 3000 revs ? mine is/was the same, but gone when warmedup,i done an engine swap it was easier , i have the option to strip and rebuild my original engine now if i feel brave.
