Knocking coming from engine when warm
When I first got my f4i it made 2 strange sounds. One noise was a rattling sound that came from the right side of the engine when I went over 4000 rpm. I disassembled the automatic cam chain tensioner lift, resurfaced the head of the inner bolt, reassembled it and the rattling noise disappeared.
The second noise is a knocking sound that only appears when the engine starts to warm up....like 160 degrees fahrenheit and up. The knocks come closer together when I rev the engine a little but I cant hear it anymore when I pass about 3000 rpm. I thought it may still be the automatic cctl so I installed an ape manual cctl but it still made the same noise, although when I tightened it too tight the knocking became more faint.
Anyone have any ideas of what it could be?

Also, the knocking completely disappears when I have it in first gear and start releasing the clutch, when I'm in the friction zone.
I was told to check the oil pressure so I'm gonna check that soon but does anyone have any other ideas? Any information would be appreciated
