Default Cush rubber location

So have taken off rear sprocket carrier to paint wheel and am now confused as how cush rubbers seat in wheel for sprocket carriers no pic in manual anyone can tell me thanks

From memory there is only one way they'll fit, they're joined together on one side and the other side just slots into the gaps.

Have a play about, I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Yep they will only fit one way. The joiner piece fits over the metal part of the carrier. I liken them to saddle bags.

they will fit in like this pic attached, they only go in one way.
if you're dismantling your bike perhaps next time take digital pics as you go along. I do this when working on others' bikes and for myself just as a quick reference guide/record if I need it.

Pictures have saved me a few times. And before that.... hand drawings. Gotta love the hand drawings with a pencil on whatever you can find. lol...
