I will have to post some pictures when i get it back together it still looks damb good for its age and nothing done to it. Sounded like it might have a vacum leak but i only ran it for a couple of seconds. Once I fill the radiator and change the oil we will see. After you hear them run it kind of just puts a smile on your face.

Cool, man. Sounds like you're getting close now.

After you hear them run it kind of just puts a smile on your face.
Yep. And it keeps you going. Makes it all worth it.

Sunday i got everything hooked up and running. Right away a hose clamp was leaking so i tightend it and got it up to runnung temp and let it cool off with no more leaks. I put 49 miles on last knight with out a problem except a little clutch slip trying to shift around red line. Get up this morning to ride to work check for puddles under the bike and everything is good. Push the bike outside start it and go back in to get my helmet, come back out to a puddle of antifreeze. Havent pulled it apart yet but it appears to be the same clamp. Kind of glad i didnt wash it all up yet just to tear it back apart again. This engine seems to be a bit stronger than the other one so thats a plus.

May be the 3 way connector in the water system - they can let go - made of plastic and located near the radiator .......
Hate to see you blow an engine..........
Good to hear she's running.
