Happy update: I finally got the fork seals done and forks now ready to be put back on the bike. I tried a couple of different home made seal drivers, but this one was a dream. It was so simple that again it made me feel that my brain was clear as the old oil that came out of my forks. It simply is using electrical tape on the fork tube. Homebuilt Seal installer: Install any seal without special tools for less than a buck!.
Brake pads will be here Friday and this weekend will be back on the road this weekend.

Nice find, the simplest solutions are always the most elegant.
