Default cbr knocked over wont run

last month some dosey car driver knocked my bike over whilst parked outside mine. was there on its side all day by sounds of it until I got home.
anyways didn't fire it up until a week later when new clutch lever arrived to ride to missus driveway to repair rest.
rode the 1.5 miles fine then.
anyways, havnt had chance to look at it until 1month later, I know.ok.lol.
started up fine sounding rough but assumed that was cause stail fuel in carbs. done loop of 5 miles and no better. did pull through gears ok but juddering as if starving itself.
today ive had look at airbox, no probs there inside or out, removed carbs inspected cleaned. removed cleaned plugs as Cpl seemed slightly burnt black, oil on dipstick clear and fine(new 3months ago)
could there be problem with top end as oil may have sat up there for hours?
its a 1988 1000f streetfightered.
thanks in advance for any advise.

just had another look, once fired up for 30secs, pipe 2,3,4 gets warm 1 don't.
no,1 is left side that the bike was laid on.
ive taken ht leads and plug out one by one testin but non others will spark outta the engine, that normal?
any ideas if ive got a piston/valve problem or spark/carb problem.
missus also did remind me I did take the bike out Cpl weeks ago and was running fine then now I remember.lol

I'd be guessing the float valve on carb 1 is blocked - probably a lump of crap came down the fuel line when the bike got tipped over.

Suggest you have the carbs thoroughly cleaned incl the pilot jets and needles and check the tank for rust and junk too or it will repeat itself

Welcome to the Forum BTW

If the bike was on left side all day, oil ran past the rings on #1 and fouled the plug. You need to replace the plug or clean it by spraying carb cleaner on it and letting it sit to dry. The bike will smoke when first started.

Any other oil would run back down to where it belongs.

thank you both for your replys.
I checked the carbs best as poss, will take them off again tonite and have closer look. earlier I blow on carbs at the top and the needle raised freely from the vacuum system I assume built into top. both jets seemed fine earlier too could see through them clearly.
gonna buy new plugs in bit so will know and carb cleaner being carbs wiil be of again. I was worried maybe piston or valve damage.
3months ago when I serviced bike I emptied fuel tank removed tap and flushed through so be surprised be tank.
once again thank u for replys and advice, will keep u posted.

Default update

well after all that, it fired up straight away, warmed up fine. rode from round the back by garage to front drive area, parked up turned fuel tap off as normal (fuel pump removed yrs ago). went out for Cpl hours to come back seeing fuel coming out of airbox drain pipe bottom bike. so figured ok maybe tap not off completely and carb float stuck. anyways went start bike wont start sounding like engine seized as wont turn over. battery is full, swapped with spare.
just to say started everytime no probs for yrs, alternator chain been rattly for yrs. could the chain be jammed/come off maybe cam chain? maybe bent valve? maybe starter relay? but just sounds like starter wants to go but engine wont let it turn. really stuck again

most likely crankcase full of petrol / oil mix

Don't turn over over anymore - drain it right away and resolve
fuel valve sticking open and petcock not closing

Does the crank turn thru by hand with side case cover removed?
