It might have been somewhere between 80-100 mm, I dont remeber exactly. The bike handels well. The old, heavy steel frame still works fine. I also have lowered the front about 20 mm.[8D]
The first time I "climbed" on to the bike it felt like an off-roader, but when riding it feels great. There is no more wobble or other things than before. The stock CBR is almost like a custom/tourer in its original settings so even with the back-raise and front-lowering its measurements will not be anywhere as extreme as the newer sport bikes.

Yes I didn't encounter any problem with the frame in my Hurricane either. I'm surprised thoughthat about 90 mm's raise rear and 20 mm down front work, but since you seems to do wheelies you should have noticed if the stability was jeopardized. It must be very easy to lean down in turns, right? This must open some new interesting possibilities for Hurricane owners. Evenwith stock chassi settings, the Hurricane is much more capable also on track days than sport bike riders are aware of.

BTW, I've sold my CBR 1000 F, which I liked very much, last summer, and is now driving a Blackbird. It has requiredsome mods to get the Bird the way i want though.
