Well I charged the battery up to 11.30v and put it in the bike, it still needed a jump. fired her up and let her run for a bit. once she warmed up she was idling fine(still needs a carb tune and valve adjust), but the start stop switch is faulty, it still works sometimes, but if you press on the handle wrong it shuts off and some times the starter switch sticks. So When I get back from school, I will pull that apart as well and do the rest of the maintenance. I am pretty sure the seat tab is there, and maybe I am not getting it to seat correctly.

 

Yea those tabs are a bugger. Just when you think you will never get them under the tank they slip right in.

I wouldn't be at all surprised that the are missing, then you will have to fab something to replace them.
