Default New 89 Hurricane owner

Hey guys, just picked up my first bike a couple weeks ago off craigslist. $500 for a 1989 CBR600, pretty good deal, now just trying to get it up and running haha. I had planned to turn whatever I got into a streetfighter, so I got lucky with this one. All the plastics are already gone and it looks like most of the front end has been rebuilt (?). Got a nice big tank on it, just missing a couple things.

Anyways, just joining the forum to hopefully learn more and get a bit of help with my old bike. Having a lot of trouble finding much information on mods for these bikes! Everybodies ridin the newer ones.

Hopefully not just another newbie that sticks around for 1 or 2 posts :P
