Another battery question
Is it safe to use jumper cables from my car battery to my bike battery? Where is the best place to buy and best brand battery for my 88 1000f? CT, USA

Yes you can use jumper cables - I like thick welding-type cables, but almost any will do the job, BUT DO NOT ATTEMPT TO START THE BIKE WITH THE CAR RUNNING - do it with the car ignition OFF
