Default 93 Carb Sync

So I think that the last thing that I need to do in order to get my bike back 100% is to sync the cards. I have a carb sync gage. I kind of know how to do it but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out a little bit. I've seen the thread someone made but it was on an earlier model. It seems like they changed the cards in 93. Does anyone have experience with syncing these cards? I video would be fantastic if at all possible. Thanks

So I borrowed a carb sync gage from a friend. Where can I buy a set of those nipples that I need in order to sync the carbs.

I actually need a new set of these as well. I'm pretty sure they're 5mm and can be found at bike bandit and a couple other places.

I think I'm gonna order these because I have a $20 gift certificate from a bike show:
