90 hurricane stuck in gear help??
Just pulled her out from storage, oil change, and all the fluids checked. Went for a little night ride and started acting funny like the clutch wasn’t disengaging and would not change gear. Checked everything again the next morning thinking I missed something and went out again and the problem got worse. Now I only got first and second and it won’t spring back after I shift does not seem to be any abnormal nosie. Not sure what is going on so any help would be great. It only has 9,000 miles on it.

It sounds like your clutch isn't operating correctly.
When did you last change your clutch fluid ?
It may be a problem with the gear selector shaft, but unlikely if it was OK when she went into storage.
Try moving the bike backwards and forwards with the engine off, and see if she'll disengage....

Shifting problems
Like Shadow says it could be the gearshift linkage problem or???. My method of attack would be to make sure the clutch master cylinder has fluid in it and there are no air bubbles or that the piston is not pumping fluid (rubber piston cups tend to go bad after a long storage). Then, I would make sure the clutch master cylinder is pushing fluid to the slave cylinder (bleed fluid out at the clutch line oil bolt by the slave cylinder). Then make sure the slave cylinder is actually moving the clutch. If the clutch is not moving then either there is an air lock in your hydraulics, your master or slave cylinder cups are not pushing fluid or the clutch plates have gummed up and stuck together over the storage period. They usually break free though after the first time you push the starter button and the bike "jumps" out from under you even with the clutch lever pulled in.
Now about your foot shift lever not returning. Ouch, that could be the gearshift spindle return spring that has broken. If you have ever owned a Harley Sportster, you would know this is the spring that causes your shifter to go limp (no, no sex therapist needed in this case cause we are talking motorcycle shiftshaft gang. What were you thinking CBRclassic?).
So, start with the basics like Shadow says. Make sure your clutch master cylinder is pushing fluid to your slave cylinder, then check to see that your clutch is moving, then make sure your clutch plates are not gummed together. If that does not help and your shifter is still limp and not returning (poor fella!), then I would suspect the gearshift spindle return spring has broken and CBRclassic will be laughing at your limp shiftshaft/spindle!
Hope this helps brother. Nevada
P.S. Oh by the way, if the gearshift spindle return spring is broken and you keep riding it, if it is like a Sportster, your gearbox may just lock up in first gear without you changing it yourself. This causes holes in transmission casings........ Self explosion type downshift lock up....

I know im new to the CBRs, but both my 1990 1k and the '89 600 I had had a problem with the shifter not returning...it turned out to be VERY simple...(maybe not in this case, but it worth a look) the greased bushing/pivot on the shifter itself had locked up...the grease dried and the seals shrank enough to let water in and it started sticking and then stuck...wouldnt move without being forced...tore it apart, cleaned it and greased it...works fine now....I always figure you should start with the simple stuff first...

Did you let the engine warm right up?
Did you try to ride her to see if it was just the clutch sticking from being in storage..
Sometimes while a bike is standing still and after not being used for a while ...things get sticky...
If no weird and nasty noises are coming from her, try riding her to free stuff up... before you go ripping this apart!!
BTW- 9000 miles ...the lady is barely run in mate ..
all should be quite ok inside her .. maybe shes just frozen LOL
