new Lights?
I know these are not anything exciting but does anyone know if these would be a decent replacement for the not so bright stock bulbs for an 05' CBR? Thanks!

RE: new Lights?
Any bulb which is tinted blue absolutely is going to be worse for your headlights. No exceptions.
You ought to replace your bulbs after about 500 hours.. They make higher wattage bulbs, 100watts or the H9 bulb which apparently is a drop in replacement for H7, is 2100 lumens instead of 1400 lumens which is the factory H7 bulb.

CP64217 H7 Bulb, 12V, 65W, H9 Burner, 2100 Lumens by Osram, each $23.15
HL78174 H7 Bulb, 12V, 100W, each $13.02
But realistically, you have an H7 headlight, you ought to buy an OEM HID Ballast for about 60$ and an OEM HID bulb ~30$ and a H7 to D2S washer converter...

So for about ~100$ you can be out the door with 3500 lumens, nearly 3 times the light of the standard Halogen bulbs. That is what I plan on doing. Oh, you'll need a relay harness probably also, so that will run you about ~20$ if you make it yourself from radio shack parts. I plan on doing a write up at some point.
