Default 520 Conversion Kit

So have any of you guys done a 520 conversion on the 600RR? If so, what brand did you get and did you notice any difference?

I purchased a vortex front and rear sprocket along with a RK 520GW chain or some numbers on it. I am waiting for the shipment because I had the rear sprocket to be anodized black.

Well bad news, I just heard from the company and that the anodizing company didnt do a good job on the other sprockets that they had on order so they stopped doing business with them. So they told that my kit is on the way now. Hopefully I can find someone in miami to anodize the sprocket. WIll keep you updated.

I can get you some anodized sprockets from Sprocket Specialists, or just check thier website www.sprocketspecialists.com
The rear sprocket is normally $37.99 + $30 to anodize, the front is $49.99 = $117.98 + shipping.
I will sell it for $100 + shipping if you are interested
You can contact me either by email or the "contact" page of my website ( see the APEX MOTORSPORTS logo on the right side off the screen??)
Let me know
Tom

Well guys, I got my 520 conversion installed today. All I can say is wow what a major difference from the 530. It definitely gives your bike the torque that it lacks for wheelies or for launches...I dont care about the top end because i know that most of us wont race for a long period of time....If I do race I take it up to 155 or 160 and then shut down....Im too scared to go faster haha [8D]
