Default Bodywork Problems

I recentlt purchased a entire F3 upper and lower from Targa an I was wondering if anyone else was having the same experience as I was. THIS DAMN THING FITS TOGEHTER LIKE CRAP!!!!! Ican get one side to line up perfectly the other side sucks. I have ground this and filed that made the holse larger and still nothing. Anybody have any suggestions?

AH, call the company, before you drill it and file it, so you can't return it? I don't know what to say now that you have "customized it".

I called them a couple of times already. They haven't been particularly helpful. I don't have a great deal of time to chase them. I have had the plastic for almost a year now. I think I'm past the point of returning it. It seems to be pivoting on something, I'm going to try a different approach tommorow

maybe the bike isnt stright??? been dropped by the last user?? seems strange but it happenes more than you think...

The frame is straight the proble mis the poor quality of the mold I geuss. I am going to try marking the edges with paint and then reassemble to see where the panels come into contact and then trim it. The bike isn't perfect but the plastic actually bolts up to the bike pretty well. How they bolt to each other is a different story.
