i would look into doing a fender eliminator kit, that will clean up the rear end alot. i would also look into an aftermarket windscreen, crg levers, and possibly a seat cowl. Of course these are all just basic mods. If you want to really make the bike look different, look into powder coating things like rims, pegs, swingarm, etc. Their are a number of underbody light kits, plus some good links of people who did their own kit (do a search on the forum.) I haven't really found any mirrors that were worth the cost. Alloutgraphics and a few other companies make graphics kits, but they don't seem to be anything extreme. Instead a custom paint job will go alot farther with looks. Me personally I think the subtle things go along ways (i.e. brake lines, calipers, rotors, along with all of the little carbon fiber pieces that are available. Don't know if this gives you any new ideas, but it might help.

Go buy a copy of "Super Streetbike" or "Two Wheel Tuner" magazine.

They have gobs of show bikes that should give you ideas.

I am guessing that you don't ride twisties if you are lowering. If you do be careful because you will deck out the fairings quickly and that will definitly not get you any show points.

Thats a VERY good point...will lowering the bike about an inch or two really affect the handling like taking turns??? but yeah i will keep that in mind THANX!

Lowering the bike any will affect handling. Even if you lower the front and rear an equal amount, you have now changed your ground clearance and swingarm angle.

Lowering should always be the LAST resort for anyone who cares about the cornering performance of thier bike.

It HAS to be done for a ***** out 1/4 mile bike, but should not be done for a road racing bike. Then again I will pick function over looks 99% of the time.

I really don't think lowering makes a supersport look better. It does make the Hypersports look better, but they turn like pigs anyway.
