Default 06 cbr600 FE, with light problem?

Alright, so this is my DIY FE, I used the original bracket from the fender and bent it into the shape you see VVVVV and got a hose clamp for 1.99, worked wonderful and very very strong(stronger than i thought)

So i got some lights from 1tail.com, called Titelights or something, and well when i intalled them only one worked!
i checked them out before i intalled and all thought out the install and they worked, but i think i might have burnt it because during the install i turned then on with it no being grounded and popped a circit...
any idea what happened?
Eh?
BTW, 06 CBR600rr

here is my army of pictures

First of all, if it's LED, you may have to get a whole new kit. Make sure that clamp didn't cut into the wirings cause that maygive an extra ground raising the amperage whichcan blow a the lights. But turning it on without a ground should not have blown thelights. No ground, no completecircuit. No complete circuit, no current flow.
