Arata is a great pipe but if all you want is sound then there are cheaper versions out there that sound just as good

i woudlnt trade my arata for anything expect a full arata but i bought mine for power and quality
you cant match the welds on an arata with anything expect maybe a sato

for the best prices superbikesupply.com

as far as maps
if it is an 06 there are not a lot of options
the pc website has 1 map for a us spec with slip on and it is an akro
supposedly it is very rich

i have one that was created for a 2 bros pipe that the AF was spot on almost perfect at WOT but a little lean from 20-40% throttle
nothing bad ideal is 13.8 and it is 13.9

Baxsom..shoot me your e-mail again....I think I cured that weird "flutter".

Brobin01, +1 on what baxsom says....my personal prefrence was the 2 Bros Carbon M2....I'm gonna give the Arata for a try next summer, simply because baxsom is always raving....[sm=burnout.gif]

i wish you could hear this thing
there are sound clips of it at
http://hooliganbiketech.dynup.net/ho...frameindex.htm

with a good map the guy that owns the above site doing the BMC filters,
flapper mod and arata slip went from 142 hp and 73 ft/lbs to 156hp and 84 ft/lbs

thats 14 hp

i dont have my bike custom mapped yet but even mine with a downloaded map gave almost 9 over stock
i have been trying a few out here and there downloaded and even given out a few copies of some that run well
but once it cools down some (stil in the 90s here) i am heading to the dyno to get a custom map done

still 9 on a downloaded map is pretty good
better than what most people report out of a yosh

and as always superbikesupply.com is the hook up for the best prices
