removing tail piece for 08 cbr 1000
Hey guys I am trying to remove the tail piece to my bike so that I can make some upgrades to my bike, but for the life of me I cant seem to get the damn thing to come off. Any tips on how to take the thing off?

The EvoTech Tail Tidy installation instructions give a pretty good how-to with color photos on removing the stock parts, including the tail piece.
