looks like a tail piece for the 96+

 

see guy told us it was a 98 model...guessing its a 93?

 

do a side shot or 2, I just put a 96 tail on my 93 and I have the whole tail section here waiting to post pics and sell

 

my bad....I was reffering to the tail light....yeah 93-96

 

so the tail light piece is 96+ and the back fenders are 93-96? guessing thats why it doesnt exactly line up?

 

^^x2. I just took my 93 tail off and it is what is on that bike

tail of the bike is definitely pre 96, only 1 opening on the bottom sides- the 96/7 as two gills in that area, and the 98/99 have single openings on the top sides. The undertail is similar to one made by pimpbike, is for the 98/99 tail, but looks to have a moulded support for a license plate.

 

for those who dont see it... its a different tail on the cbr9rr... more like an 99-03 gsxr tail with integrated lights on the undertail section. lots of 9rr guys do that as a mod.
