Default Power Commander Installed 07' CBR1000

Hey guys. Got my Power Commonder installed last night on my 1000. Not a difficult job at all. Took about 2 hours and we were done. I loaded the map on it that matches my exhaust for the time being until i get it on a dyno to have it tuned. But im stoked about it how its set up now because it made all the difference in the world. Pulls so much harder all around. For the most its set up richer until i get up above 9000rpm and then it goes leaner than stock. at 4000rpm its dumping 27% more fuel than stock. Awsome add to the bike i def recommend it to anyone. Well worth the money to get one.

For those who don't know .............

The accelerator pump utilitykeeps the A/F ratio from spiking lean when the throttle is abruptly opened. When the throttle is opened rapidly there is some interpolation of the map values by the ECUand it cannot match the fuel to the volume of air rushing past the butterflies. This pretty much fixes that problem.

Think I have mine set at 90,15,20

Thanks for the info on this MgA, I got mine in the other day and did this along with the calibration and stock map and BMC filters. The only problem I had was the tank cover. Is there any easy way to get that thing back on over the rubber O ring around the filler part? It took me about 6 tries and its still on even around the circle but close too it. Other then that, the tank cover bolts on the bottom are a real pita to get off.

I will be picking up a GPR full system around the first. I will install my power commander soon. I will be taking my bike to the Dyno at my old school to get a custom map made for it.

Put oil or grease on it before you slap it back on.
