Im installing the PCIII to the 06 1K, I see where the 4 plugs go into the injectors, but there are two plugs for each connector. where do the smaller connectors go?? I just see where the bigger connectors plug into the injectors. where do the 4 smaller plugs go?? do they plug into anything?

One connector goes to the connector that came off the injector and the other one goes onto the injector (where you pulled the factory connector off),

 

Like lungfish said, the smaller plug goes into the stock injector plug that you just pulled off. The same thing goes for the TPS, smaller plug into the stock plug. I just did mine yesterday, damn this bikekicksnow!
