Default Gregg's vs Proton Flushmounts

Does anyone have any experience with Proton flushmounts? I have Gregg's on my bike, but I have heard that Protons are brighter and more visible to oncoming traffic. Which best helps keep you from becoming a hood ornament when making a left at a 4-way stop sign. Just want to know if the difference is great enough to justify a switch.I'm anewby, so if the info is already on on the site, please direct me to it. Thanks!

If you want to be visible from the front NADthe side...plus keep your running lights..., go with watson-design....i have the old-stly 10-LED which arent exactly flush-mounts, but they have a new 3-LED type that are flush....i put black ones on my red 05...

I have the Protons on mine and love them. They are very bright, even after I sprayed them with clear red. I like the 3 settings that are built into them so you can set the flash on whatever you want. I've not used any others so I can't compare but I like the look of the Protons the best.

Good luck!
