Default "PAIR" and Flapper Mod?

Sorry guys but I have a noob question for you. I tried searching for any "PAIR" forum's butI couldn't find any.O.K so i'm not sure if i'm reading it correctly but on this website http://hooliganbiketech.dynup.net/ho...frameindex.htm, it talks about the flapper mod. On the dyno, there's2 lines 1 red(PAIR and Flapper Mod)and the other blue(PAIR Disabled). The PAIR and Flapper Modgained 3hp's more than just the PAIR being disabled. Out of curiousity in order to gain the 3hp's with the Flapper Mod, would we have to "Disable" the PAIR? Sorry, I don't even know what the "PAIR" is. Any info on this is greatly appreciated.

you'll have to remove the front seat, then the tank shelter to get to the airbox

This may be closer to your bike (since the RC51 is a twin):
