how to disconnect brake light/signal light

Default how to disconnect brake light/signal light
I am preparing to install a fender eliminator on my 2012 cbr1000rr. I have taken the seat off but couldn't figure out how to disconnect the brake light/signal light cable from the harness. I don't want to break anything and I just stopped at what I was doing.

Here is the connector I am trying to separate from the harness.
