I adjusted it when I first got the bike. I thought that I had adjusted it all the way down and it still wasn't good enough. I'll have to mess with it again, it's been awhile.

with stock gears i say about 5-10 mph and rev to about 6 grand standing staggered. guys, everybody always asks how fast and what gear?... i have a friend with stock gears that can ride a wheelie at 2 mph... my point is: theres not a perfect speed or rpm, u just have to feel how the bike responds and change your approach based on that.

practice practice practice. at first I my heart beating like crazy. But now I dance when do wheelies. Itll come just take time and progress nice and slow.

the techniques will come later but here is how I clutch up my 97 CBR F3:
1st gear

4,000 RPM

Close throttle then immediately (nearly simultaneously)

Pull in clutch (set up clutch so it takes very little movement to disengage)

Also immediately

Goose throttle to whatever is comfortable ( I like 10k)

DUMP ( I mean DUMP ) the clutch

Keep rear brake covered
Throttle control is everything.

After awhile you will get the flair for wheelies and you will be doing them by feel and sound
