I take my bike to North County House of Motorcycles in Vista......not just because I live in Vista, but I asked one of my neighbors who is in to track bikes and told me a lot of place not to go. He basically said that you want to stay away from the shops where they live at their shop?? If you go past the shop at 10PM and the lights are still on, you should probably stay away. I wasn't exactly sure why....but this is what he told me.
I forgot the techs name over at North County, but he has like 25 years working on sport bikes and he knows all of the ins and outs. If you ask anyone there, I am sure they will know who I am talking about....I think the guys name was Mike??
I would say to learn how to do the basic stuff on your own like oil changes and minor maintenance on your own bike....it will save you a bunch of $$$.

Take care,

Jamie

Any word on Fun Bike Center? I live right between the two (lee's and FBC)...and until I get a jack/lift, I'm probably gonna need to take a bike to a shop for service.

I didn't like the attitude on FBC. Lee's is much better. The owner races and the guys are honest. They did my suspension setup and all my tire changes. Good people.
