Another great evening here in sunny (and hot!) El A. The police got about four folks for "exhibition of speed" (I'm guessing) on their way in, and took one fellow's bike for not having his papers (license, registration), but that's the way it goes. Maybe it's not a good idea to come to bike night if your stuff's not up to par [&:]

Other than that, nice night (got a bit nippy later in the evening) and great turnout. I arrived early to have a bite to eat ("wet" carne asada burrito) from Salsa Verde, took a few snaps of some really nice vintage/old school Hondas, then while there was still a lull in activity, headed over to Lowe's to pick up two ceiling fans for a little home improvement project I have planned this weekend. Came back and took more snaps while enjoying a hot mocha grande from Starbuck's, and the rest of the night was just awesome. Who says you can't get everything done at bike night?
