I have a polished frame and chrome wheels. I want to get them powdercoated with translucent powdercoating to make them look anodized. My question is how hot is the oven for powder coating and is it posible to do the same thing to chromed plastic or will it just melt????

plastic will melt, powder cures at 400F. The translucent over polished and chrome looks insane

ok thats what I thought but I knew I should ask first, one more ? whats the going rate for translucent powder coat on my wheels? I want blue if that matters
