Default laguna seca is f'n sweet.

well first off it was wet in the morning till 9am. then sun came out and the track was perfect by 12.
my first time there so everything was new...kinda...i knew the turns because i have prolly 1k laps there on tt.
neways.
first time onthe track there was a dry line but not the greatest of track conditions...but it was cool cuz it slowed me down to really see what the track looked like in person.and not virtual.
turn 1 is f'n sick...u haul *** down the from straight go under the bridge and lean in a bit to the left. its a blind turn over a hill. when u come over the top of it at speed ur whole bike gets light and moves around a bit. this was where i made up alot of time on other riders...u gatta have ***** to go over that hill when on the throttle.
turn 2 is a turn i kinda square off. and u can late brake the hell out of cuz of how deep u can run into the turn and the drive out is very nice.oh its a left. then a soft right bend that leads into t3
turn 3 is a right hander that start out kind flat and then goes a bit off camber. but never felt the front tuck at all.
turn 4 is a f'n sweet fast sweeper of a turn that u don't really have to let off the throttle and brake for. knee draggers turn for sho!!!right hander
then a soft bend to the right that leads into t5. another late braker that i square off that once u hit the clip point u just roll on the throttle and up a hill u go....weeeeee!!!
turn 6 is a kind of rollercoaster ride...when u tip in the clip point is kind of in a dip...which really causes ur suspension to compress and then as u accelerate out u get a mad head rush cuz u then head up a steap hill. which at the top of if u say in it front will wheelie....awesome part of the track.
turn 7 is a soft right that u better be braking in cuz its the set up for the corkscrew. i learned this the hard way and belive me if u aren't set up for the corkscrew the pucker factor is at 10.
turns 8 and 8a is a left and then right hander. CORKSCREW a track riders wet dream. the left is really no to scary of a turn. and is kinda simple. but when u rise up to switchback to the right... 1st ur whole body gets light and feels awesome in the stomach area...followed by an oh shiiittt feeling as u look DOWN at this rediculous drop. watchin on tv or playing a video game WILL NOT prepare u for how steep this turn is. then after the fall into the turn u roll on the throttle and u've just had a near LIFE exp.
turn 9 rainey curve....holy helll its banked like a nascar turn....so much fun to go in high and tuck in to the left....exit speed is great!!!! i passed many peeps outs this turn
turn 10 is another banked turn that u can just rail through. right hander that just feels so good to accel. out of.
turn 11...a first gear turn that u really gatta brake for. i caught up to alot of people here. its not as sharp as u think and is a great turn to set up so u can get a better drive that the guy in front of u. u just gatta remember that ur in 1st and bike will wheelie as u come out....TRUST ME i know. then is the front staight that really isn't as long as u'd like cuz u really need a break after all this drama u just went through.

if u look at laguna seca's map and think i don't see nething great about this layout...compared to like sears point or motegi or the rump.... which the track maps look really complicated with lots of turns....don't let that fool u....laguna is prolly the most fun i've had on a track period. one of my buddies said is like riding a rollercoaster....i laughed and thought YEAH RIGHT....well it is that damn good. and will be back there this summer hoping for warmer conditions and the nerve to really get on it out there....
