Aftermarket Clip-ons
if a stock clip-on breaks in a crash, you have to replace the entire clip-on but with aftermarket ones you just swap out the aluminum tubes, and because they pretty much all use the same size bars, its easy to find a spare tube in the paddock. Try asking around the paddock for a stock F4i clip-on sometime...
lol
They also don't have as much weight, so you can get a better feel through them
Woodcrafts also have a two peice base so you don't have to remove the top tripple clamp to remove them (if your putting them below the tripple
the biggest advantage is that you can move them however you want much easier than stock, most stock clip-ons have a tab or something to keep them in one position
thats all I can think of at the moment

I agree with Woody, clip ons are one of the first pieces to snap in a low speed crash, going with a aftermarket clip on like Woodcraft makes fixing after a crash a one or 2 minute job. I have woodcrafts on my cbr and they work great.
