I also have an aftermarket headlight pod on mine. I wanted to unplug the entire front harness but needed the signal relays for the turns and so I have all that crap stuffed behind the pod and it is quite tight.

On my F3 I stuffed most of the wiring harness into the ram air duct and what I couldnt get in there I stuffed under the tank. I had to scrap the air ducts from the ram air to the airbox cover.

i dont remember what wires i cut and connected, but i bypassed the tip over sensor on the main harness under the seat. so now the only wires i have up front is for the low beam. but i have that tucked and ziptied to the cross bar behing the neck of the frame. you cant see a thing. the only wires you see are from the ignition. if you dont want to trim down your entire harness then run the connectors for your tach and lights through the small space between the radiator (the two brackets on top of the radiator) and neck of your frame. it moves the wires from the side of your frame for a cleaner look.
