F4i's are nice, but F3's are tanks - even tho they are carbed they can take a beating like no other.. you will probably die before it does. (that was a joke, *knocking on wood now*)

then you have kawi 636's (01-06) which have awesome low-end and great BP.. Pretty much what i bought it for. The F4i is alittle more pricey but probably has the best BP range out of them all - the low end power kind-of blows but that's what sprockets are for [8D]

never go with a gixxer or a yamaha. Newer gixxer's have some weak frame welds and yamaha's have a horrible sub-frames, one bad 12'o'clock and your passenger seat becomes a back-rest. Also i've heard gixxer's need a oil conversion kit or something.

but your best bet on ANYTHING as a stunter and for the cheapest price is a F3 - you can buy one for around $700-2,000 depending on if you want a title, the condition etc etc

F4i's are around $3,000-$5,000 depending on the year, condition and title (it could be lower with no title and wrecked)
636's are getting really cheap (it's pissing me off) 03-04's are around $3,200-$4,000 - where 05-06's are around $4,100-$5,000..

(i bought my 05' 636 for $4,000 with title but it has been looped)

this is just to kind-of give you a ballpark on what you should be looking around for.. I mean if your gonna fork out $499 for a pit-bike, I would just save up and pick up a real streetbike even if it's a F3. You probably wont have a scarred *** compared to a pit-bike's BP range.

(but vermino - F3's are carbed and can stall out, you make no sense? - They dont - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y14IMZhNaVcthat's an F2)

I'm going to quote Nick Apex right now

The best beater for the sake of learning, ease, and cost.

Honda F2/3
Reason being, its old, cheap and built like a tank. If any bike is the "learn a 20mph high chair quick and safe" thats the bike. I started on one and think it really helped in the beginning. Its a very forgiving bike and its extra weight coupled with the response from old carburetors lets you get away with murder in the error department.

Honda F4i
Nice bike, again, built like a tank, parts are plentiful and there is a big following so everything has been done before. They're a great overall bike for learning. The power is smooth yet responsive. The F4i is great to learn on without too much fear of the bike. Also a key feature is how spread out everything is, the extra room on the bike makes for easy to use ergonomics.

Kawasaki 636 (03-04)
Great bike, does everything well. Power is very smooth, and the bike is built decent. It will require a lot more maintenance but overall its my personal favorite. Not nearly as easy as the F4i to ride and it will take a while to get it down. But once someone finds the bike comfortable they're hooked.

I'm looking at either a pit bike or crf150 to practice stunting. Plus, I can take'em off roading for another type of fun...There is always someone selling these bikes on Craigslist...

i love my X15 i just wish it had the clutch like the X18 i put a set of bicycle pegs on the rear axel and i can sit that thing up in second gear and hold it at about 11:30 forever and at slow speeds they make tons of accesories for them to they do have some problems i no on mine and a lot of other peoples the elecctronic starter goes out but thats why they have a kickstart also the breaks wear out extremely fast

it really requires a lot of control but once you get used to the thing its amazing and tons of fun i used it to learn slow whellies circles and stoppies

http://www.pocketbikesunlimited.com/...EPRODUCTS.html

this place has a lot of parts for them

id say get it and have tons of fun
