Landed on my feet!

Was on both rear pegs using a hand brake. For a reason I still don't understand, the hb completely failed and the lever came into the grip. Shut it down, but was already past bp, and didn't get the engine braking I needed to bring me back.

Looped it out.

Landed on my feet, and then fell forward catching myself on my knees / arms. Slid like 2 feet. Tried to get up, but soon realized my leg wasn't working right.

Shattered my tibia into about 20 pieces, sheared the top of the bone in half, snapped the bone in half further down, and split it down the middle. Cracked my pelvis, and seperated my shoulder. Was going probably 20-25mph.





Crunches with every step, and still hurts like a bitch. But you only get 1 trip thru life, so even tho most people don't get it... I just have to stunt. Have to.

yeah that sh*t sucks, but that's risk to reward... were you wearing boots or just tennis shoes?

damn, only 25mph and soo much damage - just landed on the leg wrong i guess. [:'(]

 

Ya i understand its part of the game but you still think to yourself afterwards damn this sucks

 

Pixel thats brutal man, but props for getting back on it. Looks like your making really nice progress too

 

that sucks bro. but if your behind BP already and know how to use the brake AND have one that works haha then you should be fine. turn the idle up to 3k and clutch up staggered or seat stander from almost dead stop and play with the brake and use as little throttle as possible. not like ima pro at it tho i wrecked the 900 the other day tryin to keep it at idle on seat stander. i just got some nasty rash no broken bones tho. dont be afraid of it
