Ive read in a couple diff places that the engine on some bikes doesnt get oil to it durin a wheelie. DOes anybody know if its tru for the CBR1000RR?

 

It's true to all bikes but some have it worst than others, the reason is, bikes were not designed to do what we unleash on them, therefore u have 2 options
to save your engine from being oil starved ('cause we all know the consequences of that!!) move your oil pick up back (i don't think they make an aftermarket oil pick up for your bike at stuntex)or add about a 1/4 of oil than suggested by OEM the former method will be my choice.
