That question is all on you, too many variables.
Is it jumping forwards or popping up when you release the clutch?
Just keep twisting it more and more and it will come up, once you start being able to pop it up then you can ride them out, once you can do that then you can search for the almighty balance point.

jones is right in the aspect of giving it more throttle so the front pops up. The real thing is, do you feel scared of it going to much up or of falling down? If yes then here is the problem, which is natural for a beginner, but as soon as you get that off your head you will give it more throttle.

Well I guess ill just have to grow a pair and give it a little more, lol. I'm just scared ill give it too much and flip it backwards. But on a good note,I did get it up about 3 inches yesterday. I guess that's a start.
