Maybe I'm just a sissy but it seems like I have to wind it up pretty good , and then it comes up pretty quick.

My F4 has 30xxx on it and i can just rip on the throttle and it will come up.. Clutching it is easy too. Have you had it tuned up in awhile?

I can get the front up with the throttle, but I am usually going pretty fast by then.

I just bought it earlier this year, and I don't know when it was tuned up last. I'm told it has new pipes (can at least, D&D) and been jetted. In a day or two I plan to pull the plugs and change the oil. Depending how ambitious I am I may open the carbs and see what they are jetted to.

Maybe it's normal, but I just thought it would wheelie easier.

(edit) less than 10k miles on it.
