Rev out first gear until you feel you have to shift (around 9k), let off then gas it. Wear gear and be safe

Default getting it up

stand up putting your knees into the tank, then roll on to it, let off this will compress the front shocks and hit again. it should want to stand right up my f3 would do this in 1st and 2nd gear.
just be careful it scared the crap out of me the first time i did it because it came up so fast.

I say keep working on clutching them up.. Are you sitting or standing? If standing I give mine a little bounce to compress the forks, learn them timing and it should come up for you. I think you just need more pratice with it. I feel clutching it up is the best way (imo) Oh yeah Wear gear and be safe man

The whole point of clutching it is to release it fast. You should drop it completely... Disengage, rev, dump the clutch. You're honestly going to fast to start with, its simple physics. If the wheel is already spinning fast, you're going to require much higher rpms to get it up. Slow it down, listen and feel the bike, don't go by numbers. There is no magic formula, each bike and rider combo is different.

Also try adding some "NOS" additive to your fuel
