I do ordinary sit-ups, various crunches (bicycle crunch is good), bicycle riding (stationary mainly) and lots of seat time.

thanks man, doin the ordinary , but readin some of this thread has made me think about core strength and it makes total sense, i guess i ride a little lazy and all of my 235 leanin on my bars, makes good sense.. good thread -good post
