Got the front tank mount made and fitted ready for welding



And started the speedo housing, I didn't want the speedo on the bars and fitting it into the tank has been done to death so thought a little bolt on unit would be different

Unit base sections cut and welded and started sanding


All sanded


Mounting lugs made


Tank drilled and lugs fitted (welding in place tomorrow)


Base of unit fitted.

 

You sir are a rockstar!!! [] You're living out the dream! I hope I can manage a project like this at some point in my life, the reward will be unlike anything you've ever experienced unless you've done this before haha great job so far, I can't wait to see more!

 

The thing that gets me is how easy you make this seem. Great work man.

hey do you like that angle for your gauge? i know i've thought about frenching mine or something, and for me to be able to read my gauges at a glance they almost face straight up?
