That tube runs out from the air box. It should have another piece that extentds out of the front of the bike. Then another attachment that splits into 2 for a forced ram air induction. They bolt to the headlight cowl if you have all the necessary parts. Not sure what the switch is though :x

That switch you are holding activates the brake light when you press on the rear brake.

ooooohhhhhhh...... well, those attachments were not there. Guess I will be ordering those. And that doesn't seem too bad, I thought they would be a lot more fun to deal with haha.

Did you do any performance upgrades while you had the bike apart?

No, it's my first bike, so I didn't really see a lot of point in dumping a lot of money into performance parts. I will probably look more into it on my next bike, or later down the road with this bike.

Continued stripping stuff, began to think about where I might put it all back at. most of that will be decided based on where there is room once i recieve my 05 R6 tail and begin to mock that up. So, to kill some time, went and picked up an 83 honda shadow 750 for my little brother (the 26th was his 18th birthday) for a steal. still waiting for the means to transport it as it is currently in need of some love to get it to running status.

Pulled harness. will be chopping.
