Holy crap, $258!

As of right now, this is the headlight setup that I want to go with. Seriously though, I definitely wasn't expecting to spend that much change to get it done. Hell, when I started my simple repairs I didn't think that I was going to be heading down the road of converting to a street fighter either though. With pretty much everything on it's way for a tail swap, I decided to start looking at piecing together the front end and this is where I have landed.

Hopefully, you guys will have some alternative suggestions for accomplishing this look that falls way below that price tag. I spent 500 on the bike two summers ago, I can't bring myself to spend half of that again on a set of lights.

 

Yeah, that is expensive. What I would do is buy a set of Buell headlights that are being parted out.

Then build your own shroud for it to make it look nice. It's half of that price, plus you get projectors out of it.

I think I saw one on ebay with a broken tab - something you may not even need to use - for under $100
