sorry guys on the legend it should be 5 1/2" and not 5 1/4" on the top to bottom with the specs.
you will need to cut/shave to your own mount.

here ya guys go. was going to use cad but would take to long. its pretty specific tho... notes, where the purple line is for the measurement you want to bend those tabs vert and horizontal. refer to the pics. for the 954rr it is spec'd for the angle of the tree mounting allen heads.

the black wholes on there are going to be your mounting wholes to the clamp bolts of the tree. i would recommend using a 1/16 soft rubber sheet to reduce the vibration and also possible stress to the aluminum. where you make the angle for the cluster plate be very sure to radial the ends so the aluminum will not crack. i have those marked and the only radials you will need.

to mount the cluster make sure you have a center line on the mount after cut and line it up to drill wholes first before you bend, it will be alot easier. the center of the cluster is directly between the lcd and the rpm tach. line that up. cut the space for your harness. line your cluster mounting wholes up, mount the cluster and fab from there. i took a marker and lined to the cluster to follow the contour of it...

aluminum to use would be a 60k to 90k if you do not have a break. you can use steel also...

refer to the pictures and if you need any more detailed pics let me know. my bike is right outside...
