Um, if the bike is FI the ECU will compensate as best as it can for changes in elevation. No matter where the bike is tuned, atmospheric pressure will play a large role in power loss. At sea level, there is 14.7 pounds per square inch of air, but at 10,000 feet above sea level there is 10.2 pounds per square inch so there is less air availabe for the engine to use, so even with the change from a4700 toa 9000 elevation you will notice the loss in power and there is really nothing you can do about it...
