I feel bad for those kids / teenagers like Miss S.C. .. I'm sure I said some pretty stupid stuff back at that age .. okay, maybe not that dumb lol but still.

I esp. felt bad for that kid that fainted at the spelling bee .. but hey at least he got right back up and spelled it right [sm=smiley20.gif]

Poor Miss South Carilina indeed. I can't believe no one has brought this back! The Today Show ! Damn! and scheduled, Letterrman, Tonight Show, and others. What is going on? I'll tell you what's going on! Long gone are the days when men and women of intelligence and valour are celebrated. In their stead are the people who look good on sleaze tv, likeentertaiment tonight. Ask yourself this. Will you ever remember the name of the girl who came in first? The girl who put her all into this particular contest? Or will you remember the girl who's nerves got the better of her (I hope) and made the entire free world stop dead in their tracks and question the integrity of the American education system?

 

I asked myself....and you're right. I'm only going to remember Miss South Carolina, that darling lil' northeastern girl.
