Well every thing is going better thanks to good people and a strong will. My wife and ouf G/f have helped me through a lot I am going to try to borow a bike this weekend just to get back on so I can get the initail shock and nervers supressed.

no its not a typo my wife and I have a live in Girl friend...... it creates lots of extra work in the relationship but its well worth it....
at present we (as in we I mean the dealer and I )are triying to get the insuarnce co. to not total the bike seeing that it is only cosmetic damage and no structural damage. I will find out tomarrow (Wensday that is)

thats a terrible story.i hope it makes an impact to cockey bastards like myself. i personally think a lot of us take riding for granted and we should be alot more careful.i just traded my textile jacket for icon leather one.but like the other post said gear doesnt make you invinceable.sorry for your incident

Sobering stuff chief. Sorry to hear about this experience but glad that you're not giving up the bike. I hope your insurance takes care of you.
Maybe when you're feeling better you can fill in the rest of the details about the wife and girlfriend. Sounds like there's a story there...
