Considering a GSX-R 1300 motor gets relatively crappy gas mileage (28-30) being mated to a bike, I'm sure it gets worse being in a car. (and being driven like that.)

I would really like to know what kind of 0-60 and 1/4 mile times it put down, but the people in the video seem more keen on smoking the tires (which my POS 93 hp Dodge Shadow can do) than revealing performance numbers.

The only problem with the smart car is the wait to get it.I have heard a lot of bad things about dealerships leaving people in the dark as to where the car their car is and when they will have it.I was thinking about buying one for awhile.Looks fun though.

They tested one on TopGear and it had the WORST understeer of any car they've tested (it went off the track in the hammerhead). I do like the little Smart roadster thing though.

I first saw (and fell in love with) the smart car on a trip to Italy about 6 years ago now. While they have lots of tradeoffs in certain areas, they are certainly versatile little vehicles.

and I just think its funny as hell to park a friggin car sideways against the curb, like you would a bike.
