Nice vid. That race is so insane. Those guys are crazy to ride those streets.

i cant believe i just sat through that for twenty minutes...it was soo addicting...i couldnt stop it.
By far the best tank cam video ive seen so far...it kept me on edge through those small streets, damn!

Anyways I was freakin hooked! I definitely couldn't hang with those guys. It's amazing how much courage you have to have that a squirrel woudln't run out or a deer or some kid when you're going that fast on such small roadways.

Anyone have any guesses as to how fast they were blowin through those small streets....that video was sick nasty. I ride a 600rr and i know if my RPMs are that high...even in 2nd gear im gettin it pretty good, couldnt imagine a 1krr....but GEEZ that was crazy

Just timing the revs from memory if I was on my 954 I would guess they get between 140mph and 160mph on some of those straights

It's a closed curcuit.
They close the streets near the route for 2 weeks. They prep the route the week before fixing all "hazardous" conditoins. Take down signs, put up haybails, and arrows. It's the same racers for the most part that run every year so they know it like the back of their hands. If you like Isle watch the South African TT or any other TT race. Same riders different scenery. I haven't scene that curcuit in a while but back in the day they race along the coast.
