Looks like he might have gotten lucky. Didnt appear as though the entire cab got smashed, just the outside.

 

He probably had passengers also, if he didn't die it at least F'ed em up bad.

The bank will most likely pay big time, for the unsafe structure. I know the idiot ran into it but America makes it the banks fault it fell.
