I propose a ban against yo-yos with stings longer than 28in as they serve no real "sporting pupose" Only yo-yos with capabilities of no more than 2 round the worlds and one walk the dog should be permitted to non LEO individuals. Should a yo-yo get into the hands of the wrong person or perhaps criminal, the yo-yo company should be held liable for irresponsible distribution of said yo-yo. Mandatory locks rendering the yo-yo inoperable should be put into use for our childrens safety.
